NightQuarter forced to close after COVID-19 ravages industry
A 2000-capacity market and live music precinct on the Sunshine Coast will close its doors after the COVID-19 pandemic ravaged the business.
Ian Van der Woude and his partner Michelle who run NightQuarter said it had been a horror time and they had no other choice.
“It has to close, it’s run out of runway,” he told Neil Breen.
“The whole music industry has changed, we’re out, we’re broke.”
He said their dream has gone down the drain.
