NRL CEO Andrew Abdo joined The Continuous Call Team to talk about the impact Magic Round has on the game

He revealed the plans to take more NRL events outside of NSW and Queensland mentioning he would be particularly interested in doing Magic Round in New Zealand.

“We want to give fans an opportunity to travel somewhere new and expand into new markets,”

Mark Levy responded to his comment by telling the CEO that Brisbane was the only place Magic Round should be.

“This would work where you take it but it would never work to this scale”
