Parramatta Eels coach Brad Arthur has revealed his message to his players as they gear up to take on Penrith in the NRL grand final on Sunday.

Speaking to Peter Psaltis on Wide World of Sports, he said the players are hungry and he believes they can get it done on Sunday.

“There’s 14 other teams that want to be here, so let’s embrace all of the extra attention, the media, people are going to be patting you on the back,” he said.

“Let’s enjoy it at the start of the week, which we’ve done … but as of tomorrow, our preparations start for the game we’ve got to knuckle down, get out detail right.

“We’ve been presented with a massive opportunity that you might ever get.”

He also spoke about some of the more difficult changes to the team this week.
