The Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Festival has announced an extra 20 sessions to its 2025 line-up, which returns to the Gold Coast in February.

The AACTA Festival includes a large program including workshops, screens, and special events.

Comedian, actor, and AACTA Festival ambassador Stephen Curry told Dean Miller on 4BC Afternoons, “It’s about nurturing new talent and inspiring the next generation of screen professionals.”

“These types of festivals are invaluable to provide an avenue for people to be able to express themselves,” Mr Curry continued.
