“We could not have Jack be another statistic”: Jack’s Law reaches another major milestone

There has been a major milestone in the fight against knife crime in Queensland.

The 100,000th ‘wanding’ operation under Jack’s Law has been carried out.

Brett Beasley, co-founder of the Jack Beasley Foundation, told Gary Hardgrave on 4BC Drive, “We’re super ecstatic about this, and it’s an absolute honour for this to happen.”

“Hats off to the men and women from the Queensland Police Service.”

“One thing is, there’s not been one complaint either, which is also fantastic. The community loves it, Queenslanders love it, and so does the rest of the country…We hope to take it Australia-wide very soon,” Mr Beasley continued.
