‘Big Brother’ bosses spying on employees while working from home
AMP has been called out after trying to monitor employees through “big-brother-style” surveillance tactics.
The financial services giant has given employees one week to sign new contracts, which includes allowing continuous surveillance at work and while working from home.
Bill McDonald said on 4BC Mornings, “I think this is way over the top. It’s a violation of human rights.”
“Surely any employer who wants to intrude like this into your personal life, in your home, I don’t think they’re worth working for,” he continued.
