Brisbane Bullets owners could be the answer to Brisbane 2032 stadium problem

The Brisbane Bullets have built a state-of-the-art High Performance Centre in Southbank, and the team’s owners may hold the key to solving Brisbane’s Olympic stadium woes.

Brisbane Bullets CEO Malcolm Watts told Peter Psaltis on Wide World of Sports, “We’ve been involved in the recent Olympic review and, around the prospect of, partnering or contributing to an arena project and bringing an arena into the city.”

“I think the theme from the ownership group is really around collaboration with government to provide a solution…in terms of site selection and, concept, I think it’s wide open, but you know, the intent is there,” Mr Watts continued.
