Concussions extra toll on the young
New research has revealed a third of children and adolescents develop a mental health problem after a concussion, which could persist for several years post-injury.
The review involved almost ninety thousand children aged eighteen or less and was led by the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI).
Professor Vicki Anderson is the theme Director at the MCRI and she joins John to discuss what the research means for future generations.
