Brisbane’s very own Felicity Kircher has won the Toyota Star Maker competition at the Tamworth Country Music Festival.

The Toyota Star Maker Competition is Australia’s most influential new talent event for country music.

Felicity Kircher told Gary Hardgrave on 4BC Drive, “Well, it’s always been a dream of mine to enter Starmaker. And I’ve been going to Tamworth since I was eight years old. So, you know, I’ve seen the Starmaker competition happen over the years.”

“I had lots of plans this year to go on to release lots of music and tour around. And now with this platform, it just makes it all possible and to take it internationally as well,” Ms Kircher continued.
