We hear from one of the brains behind the musical, Paul Hodge, who tells us more ahead of its run at QPAC’s Playhouse from December 8th.

We also take a look at improving our health, in particular – our lymphatic health. Chelsey Jean is a sports therapist, naturopath and the creator of ‘CHELSEY JEAN Lymphatics’. She joins Olympia to explain more about lymphatic drainage and maintaining the overall health of this important system.
