‘Happy when they get their money’: Pay agreement reached with bus drivers
A major bus strike has been postponed after a deal was struck between Brisbane City Council and union leaders.
An agreement has been reached with bus drivers to get a 7.35 per cent pay rise over two years which is still well above inflation.
RTBU Sectary Tom Brown told Peter Fegan on 4BC Breakfast, “Are my members happy?”
“The answer is they will be when they get their money.”
