The pandemic has made us change a lot of things about ourselves but one that many of us properly didn’t notice is that the pandemic has actually made our diets worse.
According to the date between 2020 and 2021, only 6.1% of adults and 8.5% of children ate the recommended two servings of fruit and five serves of vegetables per day.
