How to prepare for more extreme weather this summer

There are still two more months of extreme summer weather ahead for Queensland and Australia, but with so many climate driven events is it even possible to prepare? 

Torrens Resilience Initiative Director Professor Paul Arbon told Shane Doherty on 4BC Summer Drive, ‘you can do something for yourself in your own street and in terms of what you know, how you understand what you might do, whether you’ve got a plan, all of those kinds of things that are much more in your control.’
