Logan council has been rolling out their award winning ‘Smart Flood Signs’ as part of an initiative to stop drivers going into flooded waters.

Apparently we aren’t listening to, ‘If it’s flooded forget it’, with 11 swift water rescues occuring in one night.

Logan City Council Councillor, Phil Pidgeon explains how these smart flood signs work, how much they will cost and more importantly, how they will stop you from driving through flood water.
