Mazda to introduce a new family of SUV’s from late 2022
Mazda have enjoyed enormous success with their current range of SUV’s, in fact, year to date they represent 64 percent of local sales.
The current CX-3, CX-5, CX-8 and CX-9 have proved popular models so too the later CX-30 which has quickly gained traction. But from next year a new range of SUV’s much in the styling mould of the CX-30 are due to arrive.
In an industry where you can’t afford to rest on your laurels as someone always has an improved mousetrap you have to continue to evolve your product. Mazda will introduce five all-new SUV’s over the next two years, four of which will offer six-cylinder and plug-in hybrid power.
The CX-50, CX-60, CX-70, CX-80 and CX-90 are based on its new large architecture. The CX-60 already confirmed for Australia late in 2022. The remaining four models still to be confirmed for this market.
