The National Broadband Network has reached a major milestone in Brisbane with 50% of the city’s homes and businesses now connected.

The other half, and the rest of the nation, should have the NBN connected by the end of next year.

NBN Queensland head Ryan Williams tells Mark people need not rush into signing-up for the service once they are connected.
