New dual-cab 4 x 4 utes on the way this year sure to find instant favour
Its no secret that Australia has a love affair with high-spec dual-cab 4 x 4 utes – we simply cant get enough of them – and there’s good reason – in terms of bang for your buck they offer incredible value and versatility – offering car like levels of ride and handling, safety, technology and accommodation while providing load-lugging, trailer-hauling and go-anywhere capability – a workhorse through the week, family vehicle on the weekend – coming soon some new model updates – an all-new Mazda BT-50 – no longer sharing a platform with Ford’s Ranger the new BT-50 shares much with the new Isuzu D-MAX but with its own individual style. The all-new Isuzu D-MAX said to have a big lift in safety, refinement and infotainment. Toyota’s Hilux also gets a makeover in August with more engine output and a fix for its problematic diesel particulate filter, while Nissan introduces a new-look Navara ute with more car-like features like autonomous emergency braking and lane keep assist.
