Sofie Formica

Exercise Physiologist, Nutritionist and Neuroscientist, Paul Taylor told Sofie Formica on 4BC Afternoons, “What they found was a correlation, and that’s an important word here between disordered eating and particularly using the diet tracker app.”

“I think if you believe that you do have a problem with disordered eating, then it might be time to give these apps a miss.”
