For the last several months residents in parts of Salisbury and Moorooka have endured an noxious odour they describe as being like cat urine.

Residents are pointing the finger at a local plastics manufacturer and the Department of Environment and Science is investigating.

Cec Fox from the Salisbury Moorooka Noxious Odour Group tells Mark the smell is so bad it is making kids physically ill and his group may take legal action.
