Rumination is the process of continuously thinking about or dwelling on the same thoughts, often replaying situations or problems over and over again.

It’s hard to control sometimes, and we all do it. But do we sometimes just need to let
it go?

“This is why it’s crucial to develop strategies to break the cycle and learn to manage your mind so that it can be more constructive and present-oriented.”

“Sometimes the rumination makes the problem bigger than it is, and we just need to let it go to move on.”
