“Ship’s sailed”: Why culling sharks won’t solve the problem

There are calls to cull sharks near Great Keppel Island following the death of a local school chaplain over the weekend. 

Luke Walford was spearfishing off the coast of Humpy Island when a shark attacked him.

Commercial fisherman Andrew Mirosch told Dean Miller on Summer Breakfast, “It’s too late for a cull.”
