‘The difference is significant’: Peter Dutton’s first pitch to voters after election called

Peter Dutton joined 4BC Breakfast for his first reply after the election was called this morning.

The Opposition has handed down their budget reply with a strong focus on energy prices, immigration, national security and health and education.

Opposition Leader Peter Dutton told Peter Fegan on 4BC Breakfast, “My pledge is to make sure that we can have lower inflation, that we can help Australians get back into homes, that we can help with the cost of living pressures by fixing our energy system and by making sure that we’ve got a safer community and making sure we’ve got quality health care.”

“We manage the economy more effectively so we can pay for those essential services.”

“Labor has racked up an enormous amount of debt,” The Opposition Leader continued.
