‘They’ve got no other choice’: Woolworths warehouse workers strike indefinitely

More than 1,500 Woolworths warehouse workers at four distribution centres across New South Wales and Victoria are going on indefinite strike over working conditions and pay. 

Additionally, the Heathwood warehouse will hold a one-hour stoppage on Friday to consider how to proceed.

National Secretary of the United Workers Union, Tim Kennedy, joined Bill McDonald told Bill McDonald, “Workers want to be able to go home safe, and want to be able to do a fairs day work for a fairs day pay.”
