Tourism thriving in regional NSW
For months we’ve been told to buy Australian and support local towns, and it seems many Australians are finally getting the message. With borders across the country still closed Aussies are turning to country towns to satisfy their travel bug.
One of the towns reaping the rewards is Dubbo. While they have struggled with drought in the past they are thriving in the current conditions.
The mayor of Dubbo is Ben Shields and he joins John Stanley to discuss just how busy his town is.
