Could these results signal trouble for federal Labor and the Greens in the next election? Adding to the challenge, a Newspoll shows growing discontent in WA—the state that helped Labor win in 2022.

While this may look promising for the Liberals, unseating a one-term government won’t be easy for Peter Dutton.
