Wool sales down, but it’s not all baaaaad.

Wool producers are crying out for rain, with drought to hamper production during the next 12 months.

Forecast production is down by about five percent, due to lower shorn numbers.

Rural Reporter Eddie Summerfield caught up with Australian Wool Forecasting Committee Chairman Chris Wilcox who says there is optimism of producers upping production — if it rains.
