The RSPCA is looking for the person responsible for a heartless treatment of a little Fox Terrier Mix.
It was found alive with legs tied-up in a plastic bag at the Willowbank Tip after being dumped in an industrial bin.
Society Spokesman Michael Beattie tells Ben it’s a miracle the dog survived and was found at all.
