Bad light has stopped play on day four of Sheffield Shield action between Queensland and NSW.

The Bulls need 16 runs from three overs.

Peter Psaltis said they should have played on, and said it would be a different story if NSW was in the lead.

“A few minutes ago, we get the confirmation that the umpires called off the Sheffield Shield game between Queensland and NSW, with three overs remaining,” he said on Wide World of Sports.

“And Queensland only needing 16 more runs.

“If the batters were OK batting in those conditions, it is play on.”
