Racing NSW makes huge donation to #TheBigDry drought appeal
Racing NSW has jumped on board The Big Dry Drought Appeal, announcing a significant donation to help our farmers.
Macquarie Media, Fairfax Media and Buy A Bale have launched the appeal as the drought across New South Wales and Queensland continues to worsen.
Alan Jones has been warning people about the situation for months now and it appears people are finally starting to listen.
Aussie Helpers Founder Brian Egan is another man who has been at the epicentre of the drought crisis.
He updates Alan on the current state of play farmers are facing.
“Bad as I’ve ever seen mate, it’s catastrophic.
“Honestly, I’ve never seen farmers so poor in my life.”

Racing NSW has jumped on board The Big Dry Drought Appeal, with a major donation.
CEO Peter V’landys joined Alan to make the announcement.
“We’re going to donate $130,000 minimum to Aussie Helpers.
“We’ll definitely be upping that. Don’t worry about that Alan.”
“They just need to go out there and see the trauma that this drought is having against the farmers.
