Two men were rescued at the Port of Brisbane yesterday, after a wave pushed their boat into rocks; one of the rescued men speaks out.

One of the rescued men, Brad from Coorparoo spoke to Neil Breen on Brisbane Live about the shock-incident.

Brad told Neil Breen that “the police were fantasic… the two boys who came out were fantastic, all they were worried about was me and Rosco”.

The pair had been fishing at anchor, when a swell from a cargo ship pushed their vessel into a rock wall.

A 66-year-old man was thrown from the boat, while a 72-year-old remained stuck onboard, but the men were eventually pulled to safety.
