Former prime minister Malcolm Turnbull has come under fire for climate change comments made on the last Q&A for the year.

Mr Turnbull claimed the proposed plan to cut emissions when he was in power had enormous support but was instead used by the right faction to “blow up the government.”

Rita Panahi tells Deborah Knight that Mr Turnbull has become “irrelevant”.

“Malcolm Turnbull has a fundamental problem dealing with reality, he is absolutely delusional.

“Going on Q&A and bleating about this stuff to the echo chamber isn’t going to change his legacy.”
