Diversions are in place as a serious traffic crash on Gympie Arterial Road is blocking the Linkfield Road exit at Bald Hills. 

Two trucks and two vehicles were involved in the crash and paramedics attended the scene.

One person is dead and another four have been injured.

Traffic is delayed on the Bruce Highway at Northlakes and westbound traffic is being diverted south on Lacey Road.
