The South African cricket team is in disarray after its star player pulled out of Tuesday’s T20 World Cup match.

Cricket South Africa announced ahead of the team’s clash against the West Indies it was now compulsory for all players to take a knee.

It comes after images taken at their opening match against Australia showed the team was divided on the Black Lives Matter protest.

Quinton de Kock withdrew from the Windies match, understood to be in direct response to the directive.
