A woman has been left with serious injuries after an alleged stolen car ploughed into a home in Brisbane’s south.

Police say she was travelling in what is believed to be a stolen car when it crashed into a Sunnybank Hills house around 11.30pm Monday.

Four males fled the scene in another car, which was travelling with the wrecked Lexus.

No one was inside the home at the time.

The four males fled the scene and are still on the run.
