Prince Andrew has lost a bid to have a sexual abuse lawsuit against him dismissed. 

Virginia Guiffre is suing the Prince over claims he abused her when she was 17.

Lawyers have argued a settlement deal between Ms Guiffre and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein made the Duke of York immune to legal action.

But a US court has now rejected that argument, meaning he will face a civil trial.

The trial is set for later this year.
