CCTV | Man who launched ‘savage, shocking’ attack on cleaner sentenced
A man who attacked a cleaner after he was interrupted “getting intimate” in a Gold Coast nightclub toilet cubicle has been sentenced in court.
CCTV captured the moment Billy Dean Fallon emerged from the cubicle and began punching the cleaner on January 20.
Today reporter Mia Glover told Laurel, Gary & Mark the cleaner had been knocking on the door for around three minutes before Fallon charged out and launched the attack (see the video below).
“It’s just so savage and shocking,” she said. “That cleaner suffered a broken nose. Thankfully that’s all he suffered.”
Fallon was handed a 12-month sentence but was granted immediate parole and ordered to pay around $1500 in compensation.
