WATCH | Pauline Hanson defends her criticisms of the Family Court
One Nation leader Pauline Hanson has defended her controversial statements about the Family Court.
Last week, Senator Hanson finally won a 20-year battle to have the government hold an inquiry into the Family Court, of which she was appointed deputy chair.
But she came under fire for claiming some women make up accusations of domestic violence to obtain custody of their children.
In an interview with Karl Stefanovic, she says she has no regrets about what she said.
“Come on Karl, how often do I ever regret anything that I say?! Usually, I’m right in the long run anyway.”
She is also calling for parents to be given automatic 50/50 custody of children in divorce settlements.
