TV presenter and documentary-maker Todd Sampson explores the extremes the human mind can endure in the return of his adventure documentary.

Body Hack’s latest season takes Mr Sampson to freezing temperatures in Siberia and the war zone of the Gaza Strip.

He tells Luke Grant it was the scariest thing he had done.

“Gaza felt like an open air shooting gallery.”

He says people living in the west have become decustomed to the human abilities his show explores.

“We have in many ways devolved, yet we have incredible ability.”
