You can’t turn the television on without being bombarded with ads for meal delivery services.

To find out the main differences and which are more suited to particular goals, Chris Smith speaks with resident nutritionist Susie Burrell.

“The main difference is some of them you can put the meals together yourself. Some of them you order the meal.

“The biggest difference is, the current deliveries services where you put the meal together, they’re quite healthy in the sense the produce is fresh, but they’re not calorie controlled.

“If your goal is to lose weight, your not going to get the result with that. They’re not weight-loss programs.

“If your goal is to lose weight, you’re going to be much better with something like Lite n’ Easy N Easy or, my favourite, Youfoodz.”
